This website was developed by Late Shri. Narayanasamy.

After retirement,he visited all the 274 padal petra shivasthalams. He meticulously compiled accurate information about each of the temples.He himself wrote the code for this website,which he learned after 60, proving that age is just a number.

In the process, he helped certain forlorn temples receive donations for renovations.

He also wrote about "Parigaara Thalangal" for Dinamani's e-paper and a compilation of these articles were published as books, in two volumes, by Pinnacle Publishers. He was in his 70s when the books were first published.

Actively visiting temples and recording the information on this website for almost two decades, he attained siva loga praapthi peacefully at home,three days after he came back from Kasi Yatra, on 21 August 2023.
